As a vital part of our community team, you will ensure our residents live carefree by handling:
- Apartment Upkeep: Complete resident maintenance requests, troubleshoot Heating systems, and repair appliances.
- Hands-on Trades: Perform carpentry, plumbing, light electrical, drywall work, tile work, painting, and sewer maintenance.
- Community Pride: Assist with landscaping, preventative maintenance programs, and seasonal snow removal to keep the grounds looking pristine.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with dynamic on-site teams and contractors, stepping up for rewarding emergency "on-call" rotations when needed.
???? What We Are Looking For:
- Jack-of-all-Trades: Working knowledge of electric, plumbing, drywall, flooring, appliances, windows, and locks.
- HVAC or Boiler Savvy: Experience with heat/AC repair
- Capability: Able to safely lift appliances, use standard maintenance tools, and drive company vehicles (trucks, quads, and golf carts).
