Job DescriptionJob Summary:We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Commercial Cleaner to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards at one of our locations in Englewood, OH. The ideal candidate will ensure that all areas are safe, sanitary, and presentable, supporting a clean environment for employees and visitors alike. Prior janitorial or custodial experience is preferred but not required, as training will be provided. This role offers an opportunity to be part of a professional cleaning team committed to excellence.Available Shift:Monday-Friday 3:00pm - 4:00pm Duties:Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas within the commercial buildingSweep, mop, vacuum, and dust surfaces to maintain cleanliness standardsDisinfect high-touch surfaces and sanitize restrooms regularlyEmpty trash receptacles and replace liners as neededRestock supplies such as paper towels, soap, and toilet paper in restrooms and common areasUse cleaning equipment and supplies safely and efficientlyReport any maintenance issues or safety hazards to supervisors promptlyFollow established cleaning protocols and safety procedures to ensure a safe working environmentSkills:Proven experience in cleaning or janitorial services is preferred; custodial experience is a plusStrong attention to detail with the ability to perform thorough cleaning tasks efficientlyAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionGood time management skills to complete assigned duties within scheduled shiftsPhysical stamina to perform repetitive cleaning tasks, including standing, bending, lifting, and reachingKnowledge of proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment is desirable but not mandatory; training will be providedReliable work ethic with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standardsQualifications:Punctual and reliable attendance record.Coordinate and communicate effectively with others.Push or pull up to 20 pounds.Stand for up to 8 hours.18 years of age or olderValid driver's license and reliable transportation*Clean Team is an Equal Opportunity Employer*- This company does not discriminate in employment and personnel practices on the basis of race, sex, age, handicap, religion, national origin or any other basis prohibited by applicable law.
