Were looking for a reliable and hardworking Groundskeeper to help maintain the appearance and cleanliness of our community in Lithia Springs, GA. This role is key to creating a welcoming environment for our residents and guests.

What Youll Do
- Maintain the overall cleanliness and curb appeal of the community
- Pick up trash and debris throughout the property, including breezeways and common areas
- Assist with landscaping tasks such as blowing, sweeping, and light grounds maintenance
- Help with apartment make-ready tasks as needed (trash-out, basic cleaning)
- Maintain pool and amenity areas to ensure they are clean and presentable
- Report any maintenance or safety concerns to the team
- Support the maintenance team with additional duties as assigned
What Were Looking For
- Previous groundskeeping or general labor experience preferred (not required)
- Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining a clean environment
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain active throughout the day
