Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including repairs, replacements, and preventative maintenance on equipment, fixtures, and infrastructure throughout the facility

• Conduct temperature checks and maintenance on refrigeration units, HVAC systems, and other equipment to ensure optimal performance

• Respond promptly to resident and staff requests for assistance with maintenance-related issues

• Collaborate with the Facilities Manager to develop and implement maintenance schedules and budgets

• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and replacements

• Participate in daily rounds to identify and address potential maintenance issues

• Ensure compliance with all relevant safety protocols and regulations

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; trade school or technical training in maintenance or related field a plus

• 0-1 year of experience in maintenance or related field

• Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform tasks that require frequent bending, stooping, and climbing

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
