About the Position
The Make-Ready Technician is responsible for preparing and maintaining an apartment community. This role involves performing various maintenance tasks, including sheet-rock repair and painting, to ensure the apartments are ready for new tenants. The technician will work full-time, primarily during weekdays, and may be required to be on call.
Responsibilities

<li>Perform sheet-rock repair and painting in apartments.</li>
<li>Conduct minor maintenance tasks as needed.</li>
<li>Ensure apartments are ready for new tenants.</li>
<li>Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner.</li>

Requirements

<li>1 year of maintenance experience required.</li>
<li>Valid Driver's License is required.</li>
<li>Must have tools and transportation.</li>
<li>Must be eligible to work in the US.</li>
<li>Background screening is required.</li>
