As our Maintenance Director, you will help maintain a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment for residents, families, staff, and visitors while supporting the daily operations of our facility.

Your Role as a Maintenance Director:
-
Oversee general maintenance of the facility, including resident rooms, common areas, grounds, and equipment
-
Perform routine maintenance duties including painting, plumbing, carpentry, electrical repairs, and HVAC maintenance
-
Respond to emergency maintenance calls and repairs promptly
-
Complete maintenance documentation and reports as required

Ensure compliance with all safety and health regulations

Support a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents and staff

Lead by example and contribute to residents’ overall quality of life
Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand, walk, bend, squat, crawl, climb, and reach throughout the workday

Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull light weights
-
Ability to communicate effectively using speech, hearing, and vision

Ability to use hands for grasping and fine motor tasks
Who We’re Looking For:

High school diploma or GED required

Two or more years of related maintenance experience preferred

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

Motivated and dependable team player

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Passion for helping others and supporting a positive resident experience
