Were looking for a hands-on Maintenance Operations Manager to oversee our landscape maintenance, lawn care, irrigation, seasonal cleanups, and snow & ice management operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, train, and manage maintenance crews across all service areas
- Plan and coordinate daily/seasonal schedules, labor, and equipment
- Ensure safety, quality standards, and DOT compliance
- Serve as primary client contact; conduct site visits as needed
- Support contract renewals, change orders, and growth opportunities
- Monitor field operations and implement process improvements
- Oversee snow and ice management operations during winter
- Manage budgets, equipment maintenance, and departmental resources
- Maintain an active field presence and lead by example
Qualifications
- 5+ years in lawn care or property maintenance operations
- 3+ years in a supervisory or management role
- Strong knowledge of lawn care, landscape maintenance, irrigation, and snow removal
- Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced, seasonal environment
Job Details
- Type: Full-time (Seasonal) | 40+ hours/week
- Pay: $26$35/hour
- Schedule: MondayFriday, 812 hour day shifts
