Were looking for a hands-on Maintenance Operations Manager to oversee our landscape maintenance, lawn care, irrigation, seasonal cleanups, and snow & ice management operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and manage maintenance crews across all service areas
  
  
• Plan and coordinate daily/seasonal schedules, labor, and equipment
  
  
• Ensure safety, quality standards, and DOT compliance
  
  
• Serve as primary client contact; conduct site visits as needed
  
  
• Support contract renewals, change orders, and growth opportunities
  
  
• Monitor field operations and implement process improvements
  
  
• Oversee snow and ice management operations during winter
  
  
• Manage budgets, equipment maintenance, and departmental resources
  
  
• Maintain an active field presence and lead by example
  
  

Qualifications

• 5+ years in lawn care or property maintenance operations
  
  
• 3+ years in a supervisory or management role
  
  
• Strong knowledge of lawn care, landscape maintenance, irrigation, and snow removal
  
  
• Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  
  
• Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced, seasonal environment
  
  

Job Details

• Type: Full-time (Seasonal) | 40+ hours/week
  
  
• Pay: $26$35/hour
  
  
• Schedule: MondayFriday, 812 hour day shifts
