Overview
We are seeking a highly trained and vigilant ARMED OFFICER (ODO) to join our security team in Los Angeles. This role is vital for maintaining safety, enforcing security protocols, and protecting assets within our facilities. The ideal candidate will possess strong law enforcement, surveillance, and conflict management skills, along with the ability to respond effectively in emergency situations. Prior experience in security, military service, or law enforcement is preferred. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment dedicated to safety and loss prevention.
ODO Security Officer – Los Angeles, CA
Needed Immediately for security services in the Los Angeles area
Requirements:
- Must have a valid Guard Card
- Military and/or Law Enforcement experience required
- Must possess a Firearm Permit and/or CCW
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to write accurate, detailed DARs
- Must be able to stand and patrol for 3+ hours
- Bilingual is a plus
- Must maintain a professional, presentable appearance at all times
- Flexible availability; must be able to work variable hours
- Ability to handle emergency situations and de-escalate when needed
- Familiarity with Los Angeles and surrounding areas
