Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain the grounds, amenities, building exteriors, leasing office, parking areas, and other community facilities to ensure a clean, safe, and attractive environment.
- Remove trash and debris from office areas and throughout the apartment community on a daily basis.
- Assist the Maintenance Supervisor and Property Manager with assigned maintenance tasks, ensuring timely completion of work orders and projects.
- Support the maintenance team with snow removal and related seasonal duties, when applicable.
- Identify and report maintenance issues affecting vacant apartments, model units, the clubhouse, and common areas to the Maintenance Supervisor for prompt attention.
