We’re looking for a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to support multiple apartment communities across the Pittsburgh area. If you enjoy hands-on work, problem-solving, and making a real impact on residents’ day-to-day lives, this is the job for you.
🏢 What You’ll Do
- Complete apartment turnovers (make-readies) for new residents
- Handle general repairs including:
- Drywall, painting, carpentry
- Basic electrical & plumbing
- Light HVAC work
- Respond to maintenance requests like:
- Unclogging drains
- Replacing fixtures
- Fixing minor issues quickly and efficiently
- Perform preventative maintenance to avoid costly repairs
- Rotate into an on-call schedule for after-hours needs
- Travel between properties using your own vehicle
- Track and document completed work orders
- Deliver top-notch service to residents and team members
✅ What You Bring
- Experience with hand & power tools
- Strong general maintenance skills (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC basics)
- Valid driver’s license + reliable, insured vehicle
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various environments
- Great attitude, teamwork mindset, and strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and stay organized
⭐ Nice to Have (But Not Required)
- Apartment maintenance or property management experience
- HVAC or troubleshooting experience
- in preventative maintenance programs

🏠 Local role — no long-distance travel
⏰ Schedule
- Monday–Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
- Rotating on-call schedule for emergencies

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $27.00/hr.
