BDC Brands is looking for a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor who can take ownership of our facility and equipment maintenance, strengthen our preventive maintenance program, and lead a small team. If you enjoy solving tough problems, improving how things work, and seeing the direct impact of your efforts, we’d like to meet you.

What You’ll Do
\n
- \n
- Oversee facility and equipment maintenance, including pumps, mixers, fillers, forklifts, electrical systems, and PLCs
- Develop and manage a preventive maintenance program
- Supervise, train, and support two Maintenance Technicians
- Lead safety, 5S, organization, and continuous improvement efforts
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate repairs
- Partner with leadership on equipment upgrades and facility improvements
- Document maintenance procedures, schedules, and completed work

What We’re Looking For
\n
- \n
- Five or more years of experience in skilled trades, industrial maintenance, or maintenance leadership
- Strong electrical, mechanical, HVAC, or multi-trade experience
- A hands-on leader who can manage projects from start to finish
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- The ability to create structure, document processes, and follow through
- A self-starter who values safety, teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement

Experience running your own business or working independently is a plus.
