The ideal candidate will be responsible for facilitating the leasing process, managing prospective tenants, and ensuring a positive renting experience. With strong interpersonal skills and a proactive approach, the Part-Time Leasing Specialist will contribute to maximizing occupancy rates and providing exceptional customer service.

Qualifications:

- Experience preferred but not required. Willing to train the right person.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and team members.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
