Job Description

Clayton Pointe Apartments is seeking a Bilingual (Spanish/English) Leasing Agent with ResMan experience to join our team! If you enjoy helping people, have a bubbly personality, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

What You’ll Do:

Greet prospective residents and provide tours of the community and apartments.
Communicate effectively with both English- and Spanish-speaking residents and prospects.
Use ResMan software daily to process leasing paperwork, applications, and renewals.
Respond to calls, emails, and in-person inquiries with excellent customer service.
Stay informed about leasing specials, community features, and market trends.
Help maintain a welcoming, professional appearance in the office and throughout the community.

What We’re Looking For:

Bilingual in Spanish and English (required).
Experience using ResMan (required).
Friendly, outgoing, and approachable personality.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask in a busy office environment.
Previous leasing or sales experience preferred, but not required – we will train the right person on leasing if you bring the right skills and software knowledge.
