Work Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance operations for multiple facilities.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards.
- Manage and schedule maintenance staff, ensuring efficient workflow and task completion.
- Oversee repair and maintenance work, ensuring quality and timely execution.
- Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment, ordering as necessary.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs.
- Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies in a timely manner.
- Train and mentor maintenance staff, fostering a culture of safety and excellence.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in building maintenance or facilities management.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively.
- Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and general repair techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications preferred.
