Role highlights

• Location: Northern Illinois
• Compensation: Up to $140k DOE + Benefits
• Environment: Secure government facilities; high-visibility federal work

You will

• Lead the full project lifecycle—from estimates, planning, and procurement through turnover.
• Develop and manage the master schedule and budget; adjust to keep milestones on track.
• Coordinate daily with superintendents, field teams, and trade partners.
• Enforce federal construction standards and meet all contract/specification requirements.
• Interface with government representatives, architects, and engineers to resolve issues quickly.
• Oversee documentation, reporting, and closeout deliverables.
• Deliver safe, on-time, in-budget outcomes.

You have

• 5+ years of GC project management experience.
• Federal project background; Naval or VA facility experience preferred.
• Fluency with federal compliance processes and standards.
• Strength in managing subcontractors and multiple trades.
• Documented success meeting schedule and cost goals.
• OSHA 30 preferred.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
