Commercial Property Manager (Medical Offices Preferred)

Full-time Los Angeles & Beverly Hills, CA

We’re seeking a Commercial Property Manager to oversee commercial properties, primarily offices, medical office​s, retails and Mixed use properties.

Responsibilities include tenant relations, lease preparation, vendor and maintenance oversight, inspections, management reporting, and ensuring compliance with building regulations.

Requirements:

• 3+ years in COMMERCIAL property management
• Familiar with AppFolio, ​Yardi, MS Suite, Excel Word.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Experience preparing leases and management reports
• Knowledge of building systems and vendor coordination
