Maintenance Associate
Private School – Tulsa, OK
Join a mission-driven team at a respected educational institution where excellence, community, and tradition come together. We’re looking for a Maintenance Associate who takes pride in keeping facilities safe, functional, and welcoming for students, staff, and visitors.
What You’ll Do
- Perform daily repairs and maintenance on school buildings, equipment, and grounds
- Complete work orders efficiently and support setups for meetings, events, and activities
- Assist with inspections of fire alarms, sprinkler systems, and other critical infrastructure
- Support HVAC, electrical, and plumbing maintenance
- Maintain accurate logs, safety checks, and inventory of supplies
Work Schedule
- School Year (August–May): Monday–Friday, 1:00 PM–9:30 PM
- Summer (June–July): Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
- Occasional weekends required for events or facility needs
- Pay $20-$25 an hour
Who You Are
- High school graduate (technical training or certification a plus)
- Skilled in general maintenance and problem-solving
- Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
- Physically able to lift up to 100 lbs and perform hands-on tasks

Duties may involve pipe fitting; HVAC maintenance; insulating; welding; machining; carpentry; repairing electrical or mechanical equipment; installing, aligning, and balancing new equipment; and repairing buildings, floors, or stairs.
