Maintenance Crew Member Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $18.00 /hour
- Full Time work available
- First Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:30am to 04:00pm)
- Complete maintenance requests including pressure cleaning, painting, and gutter cleaning.
- Perform debris removal, road maintenance, window washing, and roof cleanup.
- Install signs and assist with minor cement and general maintenance work.
- Assist with sewer line repairs and clear blockages using a K-50 snake line.
- Maintain clean, safe, and well-kept work areas while completing assigned tasks.
Maintenance Crew Member Qualifications:
- Previous experience in general maintenance, landscaping, construction, or a related field preferred.
- Basic knowledge of pressure cleaning, painting, gutter cleaning, and general property maintenance.
- Ability to perform physically demanding outdoor tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Ability to safely use hand tools and maintenance equipment.
- Must follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, professional appearance.
