Responsibilities

<li>Manage and complete maintenance work orders.</li>
<li>Perform preventive maintenance throughout the community.</li>
<li>Maintain and repair HVAC systems.</li>
<li>Complete plumbing repairs.</li>
<li>Diagnose and repair appliances.</li>
</ul>

Required Qualifications
<ul>
<li>At least 2 years of experience in residential property maintenance.</li>
<li>Knowledge of HVAC systems.</li>
<li>Experience with plumbing repairs.</li>
<li>Experience repairing appliances.</li>
<li>Experience performing preventive maintenance.</li>
<li>Experience managing work orders.</li>
<li>Strong customer service skills.</li>
