Compensation:
$150,000+
Responsibilities:
- Engage with pre-qualified buyers and sellers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Conduct property showings and consultations, providing expert advice and insights.
- Prepare and present compelling offers that align with client goals and market conditions.
- Negotiate contracts and terms effectively to secure favorable outcomes for clients.
- Guide clients through the entire transaction process, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Deliver exceptional customer service from initial contact to closing and beyond.
- Maintain regular communication with clients using CRM systems to keep them informed and engaged throughout the process.
Qualifications:
- Active Maryland Real Estate License is required to ensure compliance and readiness to engage with clients immediately.
- Experience in real estate sales, with a proven track record of closing deals and building client relationships.
- Ability to effectively utilize company-provided leads to maintain a robust sales pipeline and achieve sales targets.
- Proven negotiation skills to secure favorable outcomes for clients, enhancing client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Strong communication skills to engage with clients and team members, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.
- Willingness to participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated with market trends and enhance real estate skills.
