About the Role

We're looking for an experienced leader to oversee maintenance and facilities operations across our two manufacturing locations. In this role, you'll drive equipment reliability, facility performance, safety, and continuous improvement while leading high-performing teams that support a low-volume, high-mix manufacturing environment.

What You'll Do

- Lead maintenance and facilities operations across two manufacturing sites.
- Develop and standardize preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
- Improve equipment reliability, uptime, and overall operational performance.
- Oversee facility systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building infrastructure.
- Manage maintenance budgets, capital projects, service contracts, and asset lifecycle planning.
- Champion safety, regulatory compliance, and environmental standards.
- Drive Lean, TPM, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Lead, coach, and develop maintenance and facilities teams while building future leadership.
- Partner with Production, Engineering, Quality, and Procurement to support business goals.
- Monitor KPIs and leverage CMMS data to improve maintenance performance and decision-making.

What You'll Bring
\n
- \n
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Industrial Technology, or a related field.
- 7+ years of progressive maintenance and facilities leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience leading multi-site operations preferred.
- Strong knowledge of preventive/predictive maintenance, CMMS, capital planning, and asset management.
- Working knowledge of OSHA, environmental, and facility compliance requirements.
- Proven ability to lead teams, manage budgets, and drive continuous improvement.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and cross-functional leadership skills.
