The Facilities Maintenance Technician will maintain and troubleshoot building infrastructure and facility systems. Responsibilities include supporting boilers, HVAC, ventilation, process cooling, plumbing, electrical, lighting, and general building repairs, along with maintaining grounds, sprinkler, and fire suppression systems. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills, a safety focused mindset, and the ability to adapt across a variety of facility maintenance needs.

-Requirements:

-Must have 4+ years in building maintenance.

-Must hold an EPA type I & II certification with universal preferred.

-Must have experience with voltages up to 480v responsible for lighting and wiring

-Must be mechanically inclined.

-Experience repairing industrial or residential draining and plumbing.
