Maintenance Technician – Multifamily Community | Marietta, GA
We are looking for a dependable, hands-on Maintenance Technician to help keep our apartment community in top shape. If you take pride in your work, like solving problems, and care about giving residents a great place to live, we’d like to meet you.
What You’ll Do
- Respond to and complete resident service requests quickly and professionally
- Handle basic plumbing repairs: leaks, clogs, faucets, toilets, water heaters, and disposals
- Troubleshoot and repair basic electrical issues: outlets, switches, light fixtures, and breakers
- Diagnose and service HVAC systems, including filter changes, thermostats, and common repairs
- Patch and repair sheetrock and complete touch-up painting
- Help with make-ready turns on vacant units so they’re move-in ready
- Perform preventive maintenance on units, common areas, and grounds
- Take on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies
What We’re Looking For
- 1+ year of maintenance experience (multifamily or residential preferred)
- Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC
- Drywall repair and painting skills
- Ability to work independently and manage your time
- Friendly, professional attitude with residents
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Own basic hand tools
- EPA certification is a plus (or willingness to obtain)

Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 9-5, plus on-call rotation
