Compensation:

$75,000 - $150,000+ at plan commission

Responsibilities: What You’ll Do

• Meet with buyers to understand their needs, goals, and budget
• Conduct buyer consultations and property showings
• Help buyers find suitable homes and prepare offers and contracts
• Negotiate offers and guide buyers through closing
• Manage buyer leads and follow-ups using our CRM
• Follow proven sales and lead-conversion systems
• Build relationships that generate referrals and repeat business
• Deliver an exceptional buyer experience

Qualifications: What We’re Looking For

• Active Real Estate License required
• Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven
• Coachable, accountable, and growth-minded
• Strong time management and follow-through
• Positive, proactive, and solutions-focused
• Sales experience and a proven track record preferred
