Job Title: Housing Specialist Location: White Plains, NY Type: Contract-to-Hire Compensation: $24.00 Work Model: Onsite – onsite Hours: 8:00 AM- 4:30 pm M-F
Housing Specialist Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume caseloads (~400) efficiently and accurately
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients regarding housing needs
- Manage and document case information thoroughly within established systems
- Collaborate with team members and internal departments to ensure timely resolution of issues
- Maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory standards
Housing Specialist Requirements
- Previous experience in banking, finance, or roles involving high customer interaction preferred
- Ability to handle high-volume workloads while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Capable of working onsite at the designated location in White Plains, NY
