What You'll Do
<ul>
<li>Inspect, diagnose, perform, and assign maintenance and repairs, including electrical and plumbing, A/C and heating, appliances, lighting, boiler/gas/electric, and pool equipment</li>
<li>Communicate assignments, monitor progress, and coach the team</li>
<li>Ensure the team has complete instructions, supplies, tools, and safety equipment</li>
<li>Maintain a safe working environment and enforce all safety processes</li>
</ul>
What You Bring
<ul>
<li>Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and general building maintenance</li>
<li>Three years' experience in apartment maintenance</li>
<li>Supervisory experience preferred</li>
<li>HVAC certification</li>
<li>Valid driver's license</li>
