Who I'm Looking For

• REQUIRED: Licensed Florida Real Estate Agent

• Motivated, coachable, and growth-minded

• Professional with excellent communication skills

• Passionate about delivering exceptional client service

• Self-driven and willing to work evenings and weekends when clients need you

• Familiar with the Southwest Florida market (preferred but not required)

\n
