We're looking for motivated agents who want to earn income through showing opportunities while building their own buyer and listing business.

What You'll Do
- Show homes for buyers and other agents on the team
- Work with buyers from initial consultation through closing
- Prospect and follow up with potential clients
- Build your own buyer and listing pipeline
- Attend inspections, walkthroughs, and client appointments
- Participate in team training and accountability
Compensation
Showing Opportunities: $30/hour + applicable closing bonuses on an as needed basis
Buyer Listing Transactions: Commission-based
Showing opportunities provide an additional way to earn while you develop your own real estate business. This is not a salaried position, and showing hours are not guaranteed.
What We're Looking For
- Active real estate license
- Motivated to build a full-time real estate career
- Comfortable prospecting and working with buyers and sellers
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Coachable, dependable, and self-motivated
- Willing to work as part of a team
