Looking for a Commercial Service Manager to lead a major commercial service operation. This is an opportunity to take your technical and leadership experience into a role with a global company, strong resources, and long-term career growth.

For transitioning and former military leaders, your experience leading maintenance teams, managing complex equipment, troubleshooting technical issues, developing personnel, and keeping operations running can translate extremely well into this position.

What You'll Do

\n

    \n
  • Lead and develop a team of commercial HVAC technicians
  • \n

  • Oversee technician workload, scheduling, performance, and development
  • \n

  • Provide technical guidance on HVAC maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs
  • \n

  • Help drive branch performance, revenue, margins, and customer satisfaction
  • \n

  • Recruit, train, and develop service technicians
  • \n

What We're Looking For

\n

    \n
  • Proven experience leading or managing technicians.
  • \n

  • Strong understanding of commercial HVAC systems, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair
  • \n

  • Experience managing technician workload, scheduling, training, or performance
  • \n

  • Strong customer-facing and communication skills
  • \n

  • Ability to lead a team while balancing technical and business priorities
  • \n

Preferred Experience

\n

    \n
  • 5+ years of commercial HVAC experience
  • \n

  • Commercial Service Manager or Service Operations experience
  • \n

  • P&L, revenue, margin, forecasting, or branch KPI experience
  • \n

  • Business development or account growth
  • \n

  • Knowledge of commercial building codes
  • \n

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
  • \n
