About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Fire Alarm Technician to join our team immediately. This is a hands-on field position covering both commercial and residential jobs, with a strong focus on fire alarm and security systems. If you're licensed, reliable, and know your way around a panel, we want to talk to you.

Responsibilities

- Install, inspect, test, and maintain fire alarm systems in commercial and residential properties
- Troubleshoot and repair fire alarm and security system issues in the field
- Read and interpret system schematics, wiring diagrams, and code requirements
- Perform routine inspections and ensure systems meet local fire and life-safety codes
- Document work performed, parts used, and system status for each job
- Communicate clearly with customers and property managers on-site
- Coordinate with dispatch/scheduling to meet job timelines

Requirements
\n

- Active Fire Alarm License (FAL) — required
- Proven experience working on both commercial and residential systems
- Strong working knowledge of fire alarm systems and security systems
- Ability to read blueprints and system diagrams
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to code compliance
