We are looking for competent, motivated employees to work on the restoration of buildings, facilities, warehouses, facades, parking garages, and more. Experience in working on relevant projects and using equipment is essential. You must have physical strength, endurance and work well with your hands. Being good in collaboration and following instructions and safety rules are extremely important.

Qualifications

Commercial Waterproofing & Caulking: 2 years minimum required (3 years preferred)

Valid Driver's License (Required)

Must also have knowledge and skills on the following trades:

• Air & moisture barrier applications
• Expansion joint cover assemblies
• Plaza waterproofing systems
• Joint sealants (masonry, concrete, and metal panels)
• Joint sealant removal & replacement
• Traffic deck coating systems
• Water repellents
• Below-grade waterproofing systems
• Structural crack repair
• Concrete consolidation repairs
• Carbon fiber reinforcing (CFRP)
• Structural floor, beam, column, and wall repair
• Fire barrier systems
• Masonry Restoration, Tuck Pointing, Brick repair, and Replacement

Abilities / Requirements:

• Able to lift at least 60 LBS.
• Working on the ground level
• Climbing ladders – not afraid of heights
• Work on scaffolding
• Work on a swing stage
• Able to work outside in changing weather conditions
• Able to work in elevated locations (climb, squat, bend, reach, etc.)
• Able to work 40 hours per week and overtime when necessary.
• Ability to operate various kinds of equipment: Waterproofing pump & sprayer, boom lifts, scissor lifts, etc.
• Have reliable transportation to get to differing job locations
• Looking for full-time employment with a desire to advance within the company.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay:$24-34 per hour (competitive pay based on skill and experience)
