We are looking for a particular person for a weekly cleaning position!

This person must have:

-Previous commercial cleaning, preferably recent

-Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

-Dependable and trustworthy background

-Every Friday afternoon availability

Duties

  • Perform thorough cleaning of floors, surfaces, restrooms, and common areas using appropriate cleaning equipment
  • Handle various cleaning agents and chemicals safely, following all chemical handling safety procedures and safety protocols
  • Conduct heavy lifting tasks involving custodial supplies, trash disposal, and equipment movement while adhering to safe lifting practices
  • Maintain sanitation standards by disinfecting high-touch surfaces and ensuring compliance with health regulations
  • Operate janitorial equipment including vacuums to achieve optimal cleanliness results
  • Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap dispensers, and cleaning materials to ensure continuous availability
  • Follow established procedures for industrial cleaning, facilities maintenance, and custodial tasks to uphold safety and quality standards

Experience

  • Prior custodial or commercial cleaning experience is mandatory
  • Knowledge of chemical agent handling safety procedures and sanitation protocols
  • Experience with heavy lifting and manual handling in a custodial or porter role
  • Customer service skills are a plus for interacting professionally with staff
  • Previous work in industrial cleaning or facilities maintenance will be considered an asset
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and safety guidelines consistenly
