-Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
-Dependable and trustworthy background
-Every Friday afternoon availability

Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of floors, surfaces, restrooms, and common areas using appropriate cleaning equipment
- Handle various cleaning agents and chemicals safely, following all chemical handling safety procedures and safety protocols
- Conduct heavy lifting tasks involving custodial supplies, trash disposal, and equipment movement while adhering to safe lifting practices
- Maintain sanitation standards by disinfecting high-touch surfaces and ensuring compliance with health regulations
- Operate janitorial equipment including vacuums to achieve optimal cleanliness results
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap dispensers, and cleaning materials to ensure continuous availability
- Follow established procedures for industrial cleaning, facilities maintenance, and custodial tasks to uphold safety and quality standards
Experience
- Prior custodial or commercial cleaning experience is mandatory
- Knowledge of chemical agent handling safety procedures and sanitation protocols
- Experience with heavy lifting and manual handling in a custodial or porter role
- Customer service skills are a plus for interacting professionally with staff
- Previous work in industrial cleaning or facilities maintenance will be considered an asset
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and safety guidelines consistenly
