Nextier is a boutique Florida real estate brokerage with a growing focus on commercial real estate. We are intentionally building a small, selective group of professionals rather than pursuing a high-volume brokerage model.

We are seeking experienced Florida real estate professionals who want to grow their business, expand their capabilities, and be part of building a developing brokerage.

Who We're Looking For\n

Experience matters, but it is only part of what we consider. We place significant value on integrity, strong ethics, emotional intelligence, sound judgment, accountability, and professionalism.

Ideal candidates will:

- \n
- Hold an active Florida real estate license in good standing
- Have meaningful real-world real estate transaction experience
- Be highly proficient with FAR/BAR contracts, addenda, disclosures, deadlines, and transaction procedures
- Communicate professionally with clients, brokers, attorneys, lenders, and title professionals
- Be organized, responsive, and accountable
- Be comfortable prospecting and developing their own business
- Be receptive to coaching, feedback, and continued professional development
- Have a genuine interest in commercial real estate or expanding an existing commercial practice

Interested in Commercial Real Estate?\n

Commercial experience is welcome, but it is not required.
\n
Nextier is also interested in accomplished residential agents who have mastered the fundamentals of real estate and are serious about developing a commercial practice.
\n
\n
Qualified agents can receive hands-on guidance in areas including commercial prospecting, leasing, LOIs and negotiations, property analysis, site selection, due diligence, investment fundamentals, and commercial transactions.
\n
\n
We can help teach you commercial real estate. We should not need to teach you how to manage a transaction, communicate professionally with a client, meet a deadline, or conduct yourself as a real estate professional.

Compensation & Relationship\n
\n
This is an independent contractor, commission-based real estate opportunity. It is not a salaried or hourly position and does not provide guaranteed income.

Commission structure and brokerage fees are discussed with qualified candidates during the selection process.
\n

Preference may be given to agents affiliated with the Daytona Beach Area Association of REALTORS® or West Volusia Association of REALTORS®.
