Join our team and help keep your community safe! We're looking for experienced, dependable candidates to fill the role of Alarm Installation Technician - helping protect the homes and businesses in your community.
You Are:
- A trustworthy individual. Hungry to learn and grow. Hands-on and love being in the field as opposed to being behind a desk. Technically inclined and always curious how things work.
You Have:
- Experience on construction sites. Ability to climb ladders, pull cabling, use power tools & hand tools. A steady work history (3yrs between hops), a pleasant disposition, Hiqh EQ.
Your Location:
- In-Person (Not Remote or Hybrid)
- 500 8th Ave, Altoona, PA 16602
Your Schedule:
- Full Time (40hrs/Wk)
- Monday to Friday (8:00am-4:30pm)
- Availability for after hours on call rotation, as assigned
Your Manager:
- Mark, Operations Manager
Your Contribution to Park Security Systems:
- Wiring: Pull/Term/Test of infrastructure
- Documentation: Read it, execute, update as needed
- Security Project Execution (Start to Finish)
- Train the Customer
- Complete post-installation checklists
- Collaborate: Work with other teams/stakeholders as needed
- Monitor and respond promptly to managed services/central station notifications
Your Ideal Background/Experience:
- Minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience
- Experience with fire alarm inspections
- Valid driver's license (required)
