I've been selling homes in Greater Pittsburgh since 2005. Over $519 million closed, more than 1,355 transactions, top 1% of Berkshire Hathaway teams nationwide. I've watched a lot of good people wash out of this business, and it's almost never because they couldn't do it. It's because nobody handed them a system and showed them how to use it.

That's what my team does differently.

Here's who I'm looking for:

Maybe you've never sold a house in your life. You've been in sales, nursing, teaching, the military, corporate, customer service, whatever. You're good with people and you've thought about real estate more than once, but you never knew where to start. I'll show you the whole path, from the licensing course to your first closing.

Maybe you're already licensed and stuck. You're at a brokerage where you got a desk, a business card, and a "good luck." You're paying for your own marketing, chasing your own leads, doing your own paperwork, and wondering why the top agents make it look easy. It's because they have help. So will you.

Maybe you've been home with kids, or caring for a parent, or just out of the workforce for a while, and you want a way back in that fits your life instead of a 9 to 5 that doesn't.

Or maybe you just want to try this part-time and see if it's for you. That's a legitimate way to start. Plenty of great agents began that way. I did!

You can give this 20 to 30 hours a week, on your own schedule

You'll actually use the systems instead of freelancing

You have a car, a phone, and an EXCEPTIONAL attitude

You either have a Pennsylvania real estate license or you're willing to get one. The coursework and exam take about 60 to 90 days. The course cost is yours, but I'll point you to the right school and walk you through every step.

Money: Commission only, 1099. We'll go over the split and how the team works when we talk. There's no ceiling.
