Atwood Management is seeking a customer-focused, sales-oriented Leasing Specialist to support our residential rental portfolio throughout Southern Minnesota.
This role plays a key part in helping prospective residents find their next home while supporting occupancy, resident satisfaction, and property performance. If you enjoy building relationships, providing excellent customer service, and working in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Do

Respond to inquiries from prospective residents

Conduct property tours and showcase available homes

Follow up with prospects and support leasing efforts

Assist with applications, lease preparation, and renewals

Support resident retention and customer service initiatives

Participate in marketing and outreach activities

Maintain accurate records and leasing documentation

Work closely with Property Managers to support occupancy goals and resident satisfaction
What We're Looking For

Strong customer service and communication skills

Sales experience or a sales-oriented mindset

Strong organization and follow-through

Ability to manage multiple priorities

Professional and positive attitude

Comfortable working independently and as part of a team

Experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, retail, banking, real estate, property management, or related fields is helpful
