Job DescriptionLEVEL II MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN Automation Personnel Services is seeking Level II Maintenance Technician for an Industrial janitorial company located in Chattanooga, TN. In this role, you will perform basic construction, preventative maintenance, and repair to all aspects of this automotive facility. This is a full time, temporary to hire position. Pay rate: $20.00 per hour Shifts and Schedules 8:00am-4:30pm Monday -Friday Level II Maintenance Technician Duties and Responsibilities • Responsible for preventative maintenance on equipment, corrective maintenance on equipment, ensuring proper operation of equipment, troubleshooting equipment problems, ensuring continuous operation of facilities equipment • General knowledge of docks, overhead doors, plumbing, compressors, hot water tanks • Paint and repair dry wall as needed • Navigate mechanical schematics, blueprints, drawings, etc. • Assist with the installation of new equipment • Must be able to perform light electrical work including basic electrical trouble shooting with a volt/ohm meter and amp probe Level II Maintenance Technician Skills and Qualifications • 2 years’ experience in a maintenance position • Must pass CMRT testing (Certified Maintenance and Reliability Technician) • Read mechanical drawings and tape measure • Some basic computer skills for equipment and email documentation • Background check and drug screen required • Lift 50lbs (in office assessment will be conducted) Interested in this job?
