This is an exciting opportunity for an attorney looking to specialise in Real Estate JV work and build deep expertise in this area, rather than working across a broad, generalist real estate practice.

The team advises sophisticated institutional investors, private equity funds, developers, family offices and operating partners on complex, high-value transactions. Associates work closely with experienced partners and benefit from strong training, mentoring and meaningful responsibility from the outset.

What You'll Do

- Advise institutional investors, private equity funds, developers, family offices and operating partners on sophisticated real estate joint ventures
- Structure and negotiate complex real estate JV transactions
- Draft and negotiate JV agreements and related transaction documents
- Advise on partnership and LLC structures
- Work on sophisticated real estate investment structures
- Work directly with partners and clients on high-value transactions
- Take meaningful responsibility on complex matters

What You'll Need

- 4+ years of experience
- Strong Real Estate JV experience preferred
- Experience with partnership and LLC structuring
- Strong commercial real estate transactional experience
- Excellent drafting and negotiation skills
- Admission to the Florida Bar or eligibility to practise
- Strong academic credentials
