Job DescriptionAbout the Role:Space Management Group Inc is looking for a skilled and dependable Property Maintenance technician to join our team in Poughkeepsie, NY! This is a hands-on role where you'll play a vital part in keeping our properties safe, functional, and looking their best. Responsibilities:

• Perform routine and preventative maintenance across commercial properties
• Respond to and complete work orders for minor repairs (doors, lights, gutters, gates, lock/latch changes)
• Perform grounds keeping and upkeep and property maintenance
• Document completed work orders and report ongoing maintenance issues to management

Requirements:

• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues efficiently and independently
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Willing to work outdoors year-round
• Snow removal and plowing
• Strong communication skills, and a professional, team-oriented attitude. Spanish language skills are a plus
