GPI Defense is seeking dependable security officers for a temporary access-control assignments in Denton, Texas, area. There are two different sites/projects in this area that we are hiring for.
Project One:
At an active retail construction project, the building is complete, but interior construction and merchandise setup are still underway. Officers will control access at designated entrances, prevent unauthorized public entry, monitor workers entering and leaving the site, and help ensure merchandise and property do not leave without authorization.
Assignment Schedule
Hours 10p-7a - Overnights
Sunday through Thursday for two weeks
Week 1 - 10/18/26-10/22/26
Week 2 - 10/25/26-10/29/26
Access Control
Project Two:
Project two is a Halloween event.
Assignment Schedule:
Overnights 10/18/26-10/25/26
Hours 10p-7a
Tent Hours - Access Control and Crowd Control
Wed 10/28/26 -- 5:30p-10:30p
Thu 10/29/26 -- 5p-12a (2spots)
Sat 10/31/26 -- 5p-12a
Sun 11/1/26 -- 3:30p-8:30p
Responsibilities
- Control entry and exit at the assigned access point
- Prevent unauthorized public access
- Monitor contractors and other authorized personnel
- Inspect bags or personal items when required
- Watch for unauthorized removal of merchandise or property
- Document and report incidents or concerns
- Maintain a professional and attentive presence
Requirements
- Valid Texas security license
- Reliable transportation
- Professional appearance and conduct
- Strong communication skills
- Dependability and punctuality
- Ability to work the assigned dates and hours
- Ability to follow established site procedures
