Job DescriptionAbout the Role:3 Seasons Lawn & Landscape is looking for a skilled Pest Control Technician specializing in Lawn & Ornamental to join our growing team in New Port Richey, FL! Responsibilities:

• Apply pesticides, herbicides, and fertilizers to residential and commercial lawns and ornamental plants
• Inspect properties to identify pest, disease, and weed issues affecting turf and ornamentals
• Develop and execute integrated pest management (IPM) treatment plans
• Maintain accurate service records and document chemical applications per state regulations
• Communicate findings and treatment recommendations clearly to customers
• Calibrate and maintain spray equipment and service vehicles
• Follow all safety protocols and EPA/Florida Department of Agriculture guidelines

Requirements:

• Florida Pest Control License (Lawn & Ornamental category) preferred or ability to obtain
• Prior experience in lawn care, pest control, or horticulture strongly preferred
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Knowledge of Florida turf grasses, ornamental plants, and common pests
• Ability to work outdoors in Florida heat and varying weather conditions
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and reliable
