Job Description
We currently have an opening for a full-time&nbsp;Maintenance Technician.&nbsp;The hours of this position are Monday-Friday with rotating on-call hours. This position requires a valid NYS driver’s license as you could be utilized at any of our four properties, as needed. The qualifications include:
<ul>
<li>Ability to perform preventive maintenance and monitoring of building systems.</li>
<li>Experience in light carpentry, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, painting and masonry preferred.</li>
<li>Work as part of the team, as well as independently.</li>
<li>Excellent rapport with seniors.</li>
<li>Able to represent the Mission of our organization.</li>
