Priceless Protection Resources LLC (PPR), located in The Woodlands, Texas, is seeking dependable and professional part-time Level III Commissioned Security Officers for weekend-only assignments throughout Houston and surrounding areas.
This is an excellent opportunity for currently licensed security professionals seeking supplemental weekend income. Assignments are primarily Saturday nights, with occasional Friday and Sunday night opportunities.

Schedule & Availability
This is a part-time, as-needed weekend position.
Assignments are scheduled based on client needs, event schedules, staffing requirements, and officer availability.
Please Note: Being hired and onboarded does not guarantee a specific number of hours, shifts, or assignments each weekend. Weekend staffing needs vary, and officers should be comfortable with a flexible, assignment-based schedule.
Licensing Requirement — Please Read Before Applying
Applicants MUST already possess current Texas Level III Commissioned Security Officer credentials before applying.
Applicants must have already completed the required Level III training and licensing/registration process through Texas DPS/TOPS and meet applicable requirements to work as a commissioned security officer.
Please do not apply if you have not yet obtained your Level III credentials.
Your Responsibilities
- Maintain a calm, confident, professional, and highly visible security presence
- Monitor entrances, exits, assigned areas, restricted areas, and crowd movement
- Observe, identify, and report suspicious activity, safety concerns, and incidents
- Enforce client, venue, and site policies professionally and respectfully
- Assist with crowd management when required
- Patrol assigned areas and help prevent unauthorized access
- Respond appropriately to incidents and emergencies in accordance with post orders, PPR policies, and applicable regulations
- Assist clients, guests, employees, and event staff courteously and professionally
- Complete accurate Incident Reports when applicable
- Promptly communicate incidents, concerns, or unusual activity to PPR supervisors
- Follow site-specific post orders and PPR policies and procedures
Required Qualifications
- Current Texas Level III Commissioned Security Officer credentials
- Current and valid security officer pocket card/commission, as applicable
- Must meet applicable requirements to work as a commissioned security officer in Texas
- Availability for part-time weekend assignments, primarily Saturday nights
- Reliable transportation to and from assigned locations
- Reliable means of communication
- Dependable and punctual, with the ability to report to assignments on time
- Ability to remain for the entire assigned shift
- Neat and professional appearance and demeanor
- Strong communication, judgment, and observation skills
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Ability to stand, walk, or patrol for extended periods while remaining attentive and alert
- Ability to successfully complete PPR's hiring and onboarding requirements
Prior security, law enforcement, or military experience is preferred but not required.
