The Role: Area Community Manager (Full-Time)

As an Area Community Manager, you'll oversee the operations, performance, and resident experience of two multifamily communities in the Dallas-Fort Worth market. You'll provide leadership to onsite teams while maintaining accountability for occupancy, revenue growth, resident satisfaction, budget performance, and overall asset success.

Our AI-driven platform eliminates many outdated processes, allowing you to focus on strategic leadership, team development, operational excellence, and resident engagement.

This role combines multi-site operations, team leadership, financial management, and business strategy in a fast-paced, technology-forward environment.

What You'll Do

• Oversee the day-to-day operations and performance of two multifamily communities
• Drive occupancy, retention, and revenue growth through effective leasing and renewal strategies
• Lead, mentor, and develop onsite teams while fostering a culture of accountability and excellence
• Partner with ownership and leadership to achieve budget, NOI, and operational objectives
• Analyze property performance metrics and implement strategies to improve results
• Monitor market conditions, competitive properties, and pricing trends to maximize asset value
• Ensure communities maintain exceptional curb appeal, resident satisfaction, and tour readiness
• Oversee the resident lifecycle, including leasing, move-ins, renewals, and move-outs
• Resolve escalated resident concerns with professionalism, urgency, and a customer-first mindset
• Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and maintenance coordination across both assets
• Champion digital leasing, self-guided tours, smart-home technology, and AI-assisted workflows
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations, Texas property management requirements, and company policies
• Adapt quickly to evolving technology platforms and operational processes

What You Bring

• 3+ years of multifamily property management experience, including multi-site or senior leadership responsibilities
• Texas multifamily property management experience required
• Proven success managing financial performance, budgets, occupancy, and resident retention
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, motivate, and develop teams
• Experience overseeing multiple priorities, teams, and communities simultaneously
• High level of technical proficiency and comfort working in technology-driven environments
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Experience with AI-enabled operations, automated workflows, or property technology platforms preferred
• Experience with EliseAI, ResMan, Yardi, RealPage, Entrata, or similar systems preferred
• Thorough understanding of Fair Housing laws and multifamily compliance standards
