EmpowerHome Team – Hampton Roads is actively hiring Licensed Real Estate Sales Agents in Chesapeake, VA.
We currently have an overflow of warm, ready-to-act buyer and seller leads, and we’re looking for motivated agents who are ready to plug into a proven system and start closing deals immediately.
This is not a cold-calling or prospecting role—our inside sales team sets appointments directly for you.

Compensation:
$75,000 - $150,000+ commission based
Responsibilities:
- Meet with motivated buyers and sellers ready to move
- Convert pre-set appointments into closed transactions
- Follow up using our CRM and proven sales systems
- Deliver exceptional service that leads to referrals and repeat business
- Host open houses with provided live leads
- Participate in weekly training and coaching sessions
- Stay organized with your pipeline, calendar, and follow-ups
Qualifications:
