Role: Senior Property Accountant

Salary $85K- $95K BONUS
\n
Location: Broward
\n
Hours: 7 am- 4 pm

The Property Accountant will be responsible for (4) commercial properties.
\n
The portfolio consists of Commercial properties (both office and industrial), 4 properties
\n
18 buildings Approx. 250 tenants.
\n

<li>Full cycle accounting, up to financial statement preparation</li>
\n
<li>Invoice coding</li>
\n
<li>Posting charges</li>
\n
<li>Accruals</li>
\n
<li>Journal entries, month-end balance sheet</li>
\n
<li>Proficient in Excel</li>
\n
<li>Must have Yardi and commercial property experience</li>
\n
<li>Degree preferred, not required</li>
\n</ul>
