We are seeking a dependable Janitorial Contractor to clean and maintain our full indoor pickleball facility on a daily basis. This is a consistent part-time opportunity for an individual who takes pride in creating a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests and staff. Experience operating a floor scrubber is preferred.
Responsibilities
The contractor will complete daily cleaning and upkeep throughout the facility, including the court area, light gym, restrooms, and other shared spaces. Responsibilities include sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, removing trash, disinfecting high-touch surfaces, cleaning and restocking restrooms, and maintaining a presentable appearance in all assigned areas. The contractor should promptly report maintenance, safety, or supply concerns to facility management.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate is reliable, punctual, detail-oriented, and able to work independently. Prior commercial, gym, recreation, or custodial cleaning experience is preferred but not required. The role requires the ability to perform routine physical cleaning tasks, including standing, bending, lifting supplies, and operating standard cleaning equipment.
Compensation and Availability
This position provides 4 hours of work per day, every day, at a rate of $17 per hour. Work hours can be coordinated with facility management, with preference given to candidates who can consistently complete cleaning during the agreed schedule.
