Job DescriptionHarris ML Group is an authorized franchise with Jani-King commercial cleaning services. We are seeking janitorial technicians to join our team! You will be responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly environment. This facility is an industrial building that requires cleaning multiple facilities on a daily basis.

Responsibilities:
- Keep buildings in clean and orderly condition
- Perform heavy cleaning duties such as cleaning floors
- Perform routine maintenance tasks
- Organize custodial closets and spaces
- Maintain working condition of cleaning equipment
- Work up to 30 hours per week
Qualifications:
- Must be available to work Monday through Saturday (be available to work between 8am-8pm).
- Ability to stand for 2-3 hours consecutively.
- Ability to handle a physical workload.
- Ability to lift 15 lbs.
- Must be able to work independently
- Strong attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Commerical cleaning experience is highly desired but not mandatory.
- This ad hires for an industrial environment. Cleaning experience in warehouse/industrial facility is a desire, but not mandatory.
