EmpowerHome Team – Atlanta is hiring a Licensed Real Estate Buyer’s Agent to step into a high-performance system with a consistent flow of pre-qualified, motivated homebuyers.
We generate 1,000+ buyer leads every week through a proven reverse-prospecting system and a dedicated inside sales team. These are warm, vetted appointments already set for you—no cold calling required.
This is a strong opportunity for agents who want structure, consistency, and real support while focusing on what matters most: meeting buyers and closing deals.

Responsibilities:
- Meet with motivated buyers and guide them through the full home-buying process
- Help clients with home search, financing, and closing coordination
- Maintain consistent follow-up using our CRM and lead systems
- Convert leads into closed transactions through strong communication
- Deliver a high-level client experience that generates referrals
- Host open houses and convert attendees into active buyers
- Manage your pipeline, calendar, and appointments efficiently
- Participate in weekly sales training and team coaching
Qualifications:
- Active Georgia Real Estate License (required)
- Full-time commitment to real estate sales
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM systems
- Coachable, driven, and results-oriented
