The ideal candidate will possess a strong maintenance background, with the ability to troubleshoot and maintain various systems and equipment. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. The Maintenance Technician will play a crucial role in ensuring that all machinery operates efficiently and safely.ResponsibilitiesPerform routine maintenance and repairs at residents apartment unit/home.Troubleshoot electrical issues using tools such as an ohmmeter and logic controllersComplete work orders, on calls, maintenance tasks to completion and satisfaction in a timely mannerFabricate parts as needed to ensure equipment is operational.Weld components when necessary to maintain structural integrity.Supervise maintenance projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within safety standards.Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed.Collaborate with other departments to address maintenance needs effectively.ExperienceProficiency in English for effective communication within the team.Strong electrical knowledge, including experience with logic controllers.Maintenance knowledge with hands-on experience in troubleshooting and repair.HVAC certification with tools and gages - hands on experienceCPO certification preferred - hands on experienceFamiliarity with schematics for various systems is essential.Join our dedicated team of professionals where your skills will be valued, and your contributions will make a significant impact on our operations!
